We found Terry to be very professional. Excellent work carried out, as quickly, efficiently and cleanly as possible. Made sure he didn't leave until everything was perfect and the house was back to how it was before they came! He called back the next day to make sure everything was OK. Definitely someone who goes the extra mile for his customers. Also the most reasonable quote we received while shopping around. Would absolutely recommend Heating Solutions NI. I called initially as my boiler had broken down during a cold snap. The engineer (Terry) came out the same day and was able to identify, explain and fix the problem very quickly to get my heating working again, which was excellent. I decided to replace the boiler as it was getting quite old and unreliable and was was recommended one suitable for my house and quoted a very reasonable price. The work was completed in one day and the boiler and all pipework etc. very neatly installed and my existing thermostat wired in. There was a bit of a problem with a couple of radiators (due to original installation) and Terry called out again the next day and was able to get these working much more efficiently than they ever have previously! The new boiler seems to be excellent quality and my house has been noticeably warmer due to the fixed radiators. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would definitely recommend them if you need boiler repair or installation. The engineers also took all precautions for Covid, which I appreciated as well.

My Dad's gas heating broke down. Terry came out on the same day I rang to see what was wrong. It was a very old system and needed replacing. Terry came out again as soon as he could and put in a combi boiler, which is a far better system than they had before. He worked on to get the job finished so my Dad would have heating that day! Lovely lad, great work ethics, reasonable price and brilliant job done. Couldn't recommend him enough.
